Founded in 1899, Burgundy School of Business is a leading teaching and research school belonging to the network of top French academic institutions in management.

With our deep commitment to the values of responsibility, openness and creativity, we place entrepreneurial management firmly at the centre of our teaching and research mission: to train managers ready to act as entrepreneurs in both business and society at large.

In pursuing this ambition, we are buoyed up by our recent successes: the steadily increasing attraction of our “Grande Ecole” programme with classes préparatoires, and the development of high-level academic research.
We are also focusing our efforts on key areas instrumental in securing the reputation of a top Management School:

  • A teaching staff of 46 full-time professors combining academic prowess with extensive business experience.
  • The quest for excellence in our programmes thanks to teaching methods notable for inculcating a sense of responsibility and for the attention paid to each student.
  • Research and innovation at the service of knowledge and in relation with the business world.
  • A true international culture for students, both in Dijon itself and in the context of exchange visits and double diploma tracks.
  • A close relationship with business: companies are involved in research and teaching methods/content; they are also natural recruiters for our graduates.
  • Social responsibility – present at all levels of the School.
On the strength of its illustrious history, its values and its organisation, and thanks to the support of companies and institutional authorities of the Burgundy region, Burgundy School of Business has set itself the following ambitious objectives:
  • To climb yet higher among the top French management schools, with an even stronger emphasis on the international dimension.
  • To be recognised as a reference European management institute in those areas of expertise in which Burgundy excels.
  • To establish long-term recognition as a major academic force in entrepreneurial management.
Come and join us in Burgundy!
