He is also a member of research networks such as the European Microfinance Platform and the European Microfinance Network

Dinos Constantinou, Managing Partner, Microfinance Strategy, Switzerland

Dinos holds an MBA from IMD International in Switzerland. He has 18 years of experience in banking, microfinance and management consulting. He began his professional career in corporate credit and international banking with Barclays Bank in Paris and Dresdner Bank in Frankfurt. Joining Internationale Projekt Consult (IPC) in 1995, he went on to lead major long-term micro and small business credit projects for the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD) and Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) in Russia and Ecuador respectively. Dinos worked as a strategy consultant with Gemini Consulting (now part of CapGemini) and Cell Consulting from 2000 to 2002, then going on to establish an independent management consulting practice. He founded Global Microfinance Group (GMG) in 2004 and Microfinance Strategy - a strategy consulting company in 2007. He edited (with the professor Benoit Leleux) the book «From Microfinance to Small Business Finance - The Business Case for Private Capital Investments».

Dr. Marc Labie, Professor, University of Mons, Research Center of Warocqué & CERMi

Marc Labie holds a PhD in management sciences. He is professor at the Faculté Warocqué of the University of Mons in Belgium. It collaborates in the program Financial Institutions for Private Enterprise Development organized by the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. In addition, he co-directs the Advanced Master in Microfinance, organized by the Brussels Free University and the University of Mons (as part of the Academy Wallonia-Brussels) in partnership with the Universities of Paris Dauphine and Wageningen. He is a member of the Research Centre Warocqué and co-directs the Center for European Research in Microfinance (CERMi). His research interests center on microfinance organizations and related governance issues. He has conducted studies in the following countries: Benin, Bolivia, Colombia, Indonesia, Kenya, Madagascar, Morocco, Mexico, Peru, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. In 2011, he co-edited with Beatriz Armendariz, "The Handbook of Microfinance" published by World Scientific Publishing.

Catherine Barbaroux, PDG d'Adie

A graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques (Sciences-Po) in 1970, Catherine Barbaroux, started her career doing research in political science. She then joined the National Assembly (1975) as Deputy General Secretary of the PS-MRG parliamentary group. Since March 2010, she served on the Board of Directors of Adie, a pioneer association of microcredit in France and Europe that helps people excluded from the labor market and the traditional banking system to create their own employment through microcredit. She succeeded to the presidency of Adie, taking over from Maria Nowak, on 16 March 2011.


Arnaud Poissonnier, Founding President, ABC Microfinance (Babyloan)

Arnaud Poissonnier, after working 12 years for banks operating in the area of asset management, he changed for Oxus in 2005 - the microfinance branch of the NGO Acted. Gathering experience, he launched in 2008 the first European website dedicated to peer-to-peer micro lending: Babyloan.org. He brings to the Chair his experience and knowledge of both: the ground and IT progress.

Dr. Jean-Michel Servet, Professor at IHEID, Geneva

Dr. Jean-Michel Servet is Professor of development studies at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) in Geneva. Before he was director of research at the Institute of Development Research on assignment at the French Institute of Pondicherry, director of research at CNRS and professor of economics at the University Lumière Lyon 2. He has worked on financial inclusion and microfinance for over fifteen years. His working regions in recent years were Morocco, Mexico, Peru, Madagascar and India. He is a member of the Monitoring Committee of the Microcredit Project of the Red Cross and a member of the Board of Symbiotics SA in Geneva and the Institute of Education of Executives in Social Action (ARAFDES) in Lyon.

Alok Prasad

Alok Prasad, CEO of Micro Finance Institutions Network (MFIN)- primary representative and self-regulatory body of non-bank finance companies - microfinance institutions, India.

Mr. Pasad has over 30 years of experience in public and private sector banking. He was formerly the Country Director of Citi Microfinance Group (India) and the Head of Strategy and Business Development for the Global Consumer Group Citibank, India. Prior to joining Citibank, Mr. Prasad served with distinction in the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for over 15 years. He was also a start-up member of the National Housing Bank (owned by RBI), where he played a pivotal role in the formulation of policies for the development of the housing finance sector in India. Mr. Prasad recently served on the Governmental Committee for drafting of the Micro Finance Bill for India.

Isabelle Demay

Isabelle Demay, Companies Relations Director, Groupe ESC Dijon Bourgogne

Isabelle DEMAY is a holder of a Master's degree in finance of the University Paris IX Dauphiné. Having taught the Management control, she rules the department Relations Begun by the Group ESC Dijon-Burgundy. She participated in several missions of formation and search in Togo, within the framework of the activities of the Chair.

Nathalie MERCIER, banque populaire bourgogne franche-comté Nathalie Mercier, Responsible for creation and transfer of enterprises at Banque Populaire Bourgogne Franche Comté.

After holding various positions in retail banking and professional banking, she is now responsible for developing the creation of enterprises as well as franchises.

Isabelle Zigliara Isabelle Zigliara, in charge of partnerships at the National Federation of the Banques Populaaire and the Foundation of Enterprise Banqe Populaire

Isabelle Zigliara is in charge of partnerships at the National Federation of the Banques Populaaire and the Foundation of Enterprise Banqe Populaire. An expert in sponsorships and Corporate Social Commitments, she has previously worked with Admical. Her initial eduction is in Art History and in Law. She also has a specialised masters in Management of Cultural Enterprises.

Isabelle Demay, Corporate Relations Director, Groupe ESC Dijon Bourgogne

Isabelle Demay holds a Master in Finance from University Paris IX Dauphine. After teaching Management Control, she currently manages the corporate relations of the Groupe ESC Dijon-Bourgogne. Through the activities of the chair she participated in researches and trainings in Togo.

Marie-José Albert-Batt, International Relations Director, Groupe ESC Dijon Bourgogne

Marie-José holds a post-graduate diploma in Sociology on "Institutions, Labor and Education in the Contemporary World" delivered by the School for Advanced Studies in Social Sciences, ENS Fontenay and the University Paris 8. She studied and worked in Canada and taught in Ghana for two years. After 15 years of professional experience in the fields of HR, she taught human resource management before joining the International Relations Department of Burgundy School of Business.
