Analysis of consumer behaviour applied to wine
This laboratory, the LESSAC (Laboratory for Experimentation in Social Sciences and Behaviour Analysis) , equipped with a network of 80 tasting booths is managed by Angela Sutan, a specialist in experimental economics. Projects under study in the field of wine include:
- Evaluation of the true role of experts in the formation of attitudes: Can a wine waiter or expert taster influence the evaluation of a wine?
- Decision-making in a sales negotiation, and the role of the label on the wine: Do we not often say to buy the label?
- The new closure systems: screw tops, glass corks…under question? Factors in the purchase or non-purchase
