Ever since its foundation in 1900, ESC Dijon Bourgogne/Burgundy School of Business has been committed to providing a truly international experience to its students. This commitment translates into attracting international students and faculty as well as providing study abroad and double degree opportunities within a network of international academic partnerships. International collaborative research is actively supported and ESC Dijon Bourgogne/Burgundy School of Business staff serves in main international academic associations.
YESTERDAY...
"Internationalisation at Home" and "Study Abroad" were already part of the curriculum!
In the 1920s, the first group of American students joined the first customised programme in Dijon while 32 international students applied to the ESC/BSB degree programme.
During the following years, international study trips were organised around the world and in 1965 a group of bold ESC/BSB students opened the way to China! At the same time, double degree opportunities proved to be a turning point in the internationalisation of Burgundy School of Business!
TODAY…
We are actively involved in a network of 125 international partner institutions on 5 continents supporting student and/or faculty exchanges, offering 45 double degree opportunities both at the Bachelor's and Master's levels and contributing to academic research. 450 international students are enrolled in ESC/BSB programmes while 390 ESC students are admitted in partner institutions.
