Burgundy School of Business' continued success: 3rd straight year of increased student numbers

The School continues to grow in all domains: student numbers, degrees on offer, and ranking among the business schools

A record 2,200 students will be attending Burgundy School of Business this academic year. Among them, 237 international students were hosted this September, representing 39 nationalities. The School's flagship programmes, the Master Grande Ecole (MGE) and the Bachelor International Marketing & Business have once again proven highly successful on the ever competitive degree market. In addition, BSB's momentum as well as its growing ranking in SIGEM (Centralised Grandes Écoles de Management System) confirm that it has become a leader with its original school model: the perfect blend of personalised student mentoring, academic excellence and international focus.

Bachelor: more than 200 new students and an impressive year to come in Lyon
The Bachelor International Marketing & Business continues its impressive development with 157 first-year students in Dijon, (up 15 from 2014). This number includes some 15 international students who have chosen to pursue their higher education on the Dijon campus. 44 students will start their first year on the Lyon Confluence campus, representing a 50%+ increase in comparison with last year.

600 new Master Grande Ecole students
A record number of students are joining the ranks of the Master Grande Ecole programme: 367 first-year and 231 second-year students, of whom 63 international. The total number of 2nd year students now reaches 580, and that of 3rd year students is 400, 55 of whom are on their semester abroad and 50 who are doing a double degree at a foreign partner university or completing their major at Grenoble School of Management or Normandy Business School.

Progression in SIGEM's ranking
According to SIGEM's latest analysis, a strong trend has emerged: Burgundy School of Business is gaining ground in comparison with all of its competitors. Indeed, BSB is closing in on schools that are ranked before it, revealing its true dynamism which makes it stand out from the rest: personalised student mentoring, academic excellence and international focus.
